Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
Defective or damaged items
If your equipment arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our cost, as provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
Items we can't accept
- Equipment that has been installed, used or modified
- Custom or special-order items
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
How refunds are paid
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
